Reporting Student Absences

At Franklin Towne Charter Elementary School, one of our top priorities is ensuring that all students arrive at school safely every day. To enhance our existing absence-checking procedure, we are introducing a new, more efficient student absence reporting system called SafeArrival. This new system will reduce the time it takes to verify student attendance, make it easier for you to report your child’s absence, and enable staff to respond more effectively to unexplained student absences.

Why are we doing this now?   

... The goal is to help parents become comfortable using these platforms and work out the kinks over the next two months so that we are prepared to use them at the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
