We are excited to welcome all our families to Back to School Night. FTCES thanks you for supporting your child's education and for attending. To help manage traffic flow in the building and the surrounding neighborhood, we will hold two BTSN events. The purpose of Back to School Night is for you to hear from administration, meet your child’s teacher(s), and learn about their classroom experience.

Statewide honor comes as students return to one of Philadelphia’s most successful K-8 charter schools

Class schedules and teacher assignments for the 2026-2027 school year are now available through PowerSchool. To view your child's schedule for the upcoming school year, please log in to the FTCES MyPowerHub Parent Portal and refer to the "Calendar" section.

Franklin Towne Charter Elementary School (FTCES) has successfully completed the 2025-2026 school year and earned recognition as one of the top 10 charter K-8 schools in Pennsylvania.

Summer ELA and math packets are available for all students entering grades 1-8. These packets are designed for enrichment purposes and include a variety of topics students should be familiar with as they begin the next school year.

We are excited to begin preparations for the 2026–2027 school year! You’ll find the classroom supply lists to help your child get ready for a great start.

Report cards for the 2025-2026 school year are now available for parents and guardians of FTCES students in grades 1-8 through the FTCES PowerSchool MyPowerHub Parent Portal.

It’s hard to believe that it’s already time for the end-of-year i-Ready Diagnostic! This is an important benchmark for understanding student progress and growth over the course of the year, which is why it’s crucial that they try their best.

It's time for the FTCES Kindergarten Spring report card conferences! Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for the weeks of Monday, April 20th, and Monday, April 27th.
