Great school! My three children have gone to FTCES. The school is amazing and wants all students to succeed to the best of their abilities. The school sets high expectations, which helps all students learn and grow.

Friendly and responsive staff. My kids are excelling in every subject and they love going to school. I also know my kids are safe when they walk through the doors and it’s a blessing to have that peace of mind when they aren’t in my care. The principal is hands on, available and the face of the school which I appreciate as a parent. We are lucky to be part of the FTCES Community.

Franklin Towne is an amazing school with fantastic staff! The staff is very involved, take their role seriously and plan really fun activities for the kids. It is extremely clean and safe. My children absolutely love this school.

FTCES Middle School Winter Semi-Formal Dance - NEW DATE!
We’re excited to invite all middle schoolers to the FTCES Winter Semi-Formal Dance on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM!
FTCES Literacy Luau 2026
We are excited to announce that FTCES will host our "Literacy Luau" on Wednesday, March 4th, from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM. The evening will start with an opportunity for families to visit our school gymnasium, where they can speak with representatives from the Free Library of Philadelphia, purchase tickets for our Scholastic Book Raffles, browse book selections from local authors of The Back Yard Kids! series, play games, and win prizes. Snacks and refreshments will also be available for purchase.
FTCES 2025-2026 Marking Period 2 Report Cards
Marking Period 2 report cards are now available for parents and guardians of FTCES students in grades 1-8 through the FTCES PowerSchool Parent Portal.
